WEIGHT LOSS BY YOGA Hello Readers, Hope you all had a great day, yesterday, and many thanks for taking time in seeing my yesterdays post  Weight Loss in Unique way . Today I am with a similar post on weight loss, but today its by Yoga. Many of you might be familiar with yoga ,otherwise ,no worries???? Click here to know bout Yoga . Many of us work out at Gyms , lifting weight, cycling, treadmills, etc. to cut off the extra weight....that's right its "FAT DEPOSITS" which is not essential and may results in slow health problems, majorly Cardiac Problems. How would it be if you loss weight by not lifting weight in GYMS, or cycling . YES you Heard it Right....Its Possible with simple Yoga postures. Follow: ePharmatimes@Facebook

Staying Healthy

"The way you Eat is the way you Live". Start the day with a work out,i.e exercise for at least 30 min either,brisk walk, jogging, thread mill.  As a workout takes away all your calories , you are supposed to supplement them by a healthy food, so its a prerequisite to add protein in your diet to supplement the energy in the body. Meditate for at least 1 hour a day preferably in the mornings to avoid negative thinking. Practice Yoga, which helps reducing stress and promoting good health. Drinking at least 2 glasses of water, immediately after waking up and before going to bed. Cleanliness is next to Godliness, hence maintain clean surroundings. Wash your hands with a soap/ sanitizer before eating. Some healthy breakfast recipes include:                    Bread and eggs                   Milk with cornflakes or oats                ...
