A better way of understanding a "Drug"& "Cosmetic".

Its a very difference that can mislead the patients as well consumers,if they don't know about the very chemical entity,i.e the so called drug or cosmetic. Clinically cosmetics does not elicit any therapeutics efficacy as the Drugs do.
The so called "Chemical entity" whether a drug or cosmetic, can be better defined by its intended use,product description ect.
